RETURNS

 

At LK Swimwear we strive for your complete satisfaction to protect your hygeine we recommend you do the following below.

 

Step 1: Check the return conditions

Items must be returned within 7 days after the order is placed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with underwear sticker on all tags attached.

If goods do not have the proctection stikcer within returns, LK Swimwear will accept the goods due to our Hygiëne stranded.

As a buyer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your information, return costs within the Netherlands are from €6.70.

 

Step 2: Pack the items

Please pack the items to be returned along with the return form in the original packaging or other sturdy shipping packaging.

Step 3: Submit your return to: returns@lkswimwear.com

You can only register a return through: returns@lkswimwear.com.

Follow the steps in returns and take the package to a drop-off point of your choice. Be sure to keep your proof of shipping.

Step 4: Receive your refund

After receiving and verifying your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 14 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Please note that it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
